With the vision of becoming an advanced and innovative home textile manufacturer continue to innovate and enhance our production capabilities. We have built smart workshops for a wide range of home textile categories during the past years at our Wuxi manufacturing base.

This year, with the completion of a dedicated curtain workshop, JHT has expanded our production capabilities in the curtain range.

The curtain workshop is well-equipped with machinery and smart systems. We have dedicated areas for fabric cutting, sewing eyelet punching, ironing, and inspection. Each area is meticulously organized to ensure efficient workflow and attention to quality management.

These advanced facilities have enabled us to produce curtains with diverse styles including eyelet, pinch pleat, pencil pleat, tab top, and rocket pocket.

Additionally, our workshop has the flexibility to work with a wide range of fabrics in different weights, textures, and patterns. The total capacity of the curtain workshop can be up to 1000 units per day.

The completion of the curtain workshop demonstrates our commitment to providing comprehensive home textile solutions to our valued customers.

Turning Production Waste into Products Again

Production waste like cut-off fabric edges comes from the production line almost every minute. JHT is committed to conserving resources, reducing waste increasing recycling efforts, and identifying trends in waste usage. Therefore we have been exploring a sustainable and efficient way to manage production waste since several years ago.

As introduced in our sustainability disclosure 2023 published in March, on one hand, we are trying our best to take full advantage of the materials for production. For example, we use fabric with the most suitable width and work out the best way of cutting to avoid unnecessary waste and cut down the cost at the same time.

On the other hand, we brought in a waste collection system from Denmark to collect all the cut-off edges from our production lines automatically with the pipeline, which can ensure the waste is collected efficiently and cleanly.

All the collected production waste will be shredded and then carded before becoming useful filling fibers. These filling fibers can be used for products like seat pads and pet beds, which can still have good performance in softness and loft.

The recycling of production waste is a good practice of circular economy, which creates a sustainable product life circle and reduces negative impacts on the planet accordingly.

The knit fabric gusset on the removable cover further enhances breathability, promoting a cool and comfortable sleep experience.
