JHT has implemented a comprehensive, multi-stage quality management system that encompasses every stage of production, from the arrival of raw materials to the departure of finished goods from the factory. We have implemented various quality checks at multiple checkpoints to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products.
These checks include rigorous inspections such as Incoming Quality Control (IQC) and testing for raw materials, as well as First Article Inspection (FAI) during production. Additionally, we conduct thorough Quality Control (QC) assessments for finished goods to verify compliance with specifications and standards. These measures enable us to promptly address any issues that may arise, continuously improve the quality throughout the manufacturing process, and prioritize the specific needs of our customers.
JHT boasts an expansive in-house laboratory spanning 435 square meters, featuring seven distinct functional rooms. Notably, one of these rooms is equipped with a state-of-the-art constant temperature and humidity system. Within our laboratory, we house over 40 sets of cutting-edge testing machines, enabling us to conduct a wide range of tests to assess the chemical and physical properties of textiles. These comprehensive testing capabilities ensure thorough evaluations and accurate analysis.
It is worth mentioning that our laboratory achieved a significant milestone in July 2020, obtaining CNAS authentication for the first time. This accreditation further validates the credibility and reliability of our laboratory, reinforcing our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and precision in our testing processes.
